The seamless access to the beach was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the stunning ocean views and the sound of the waves right from our balcony.

We noticed that the seating options outside could have been expanded to enhance the outdoor dining experience.

A perfect coastal escape

Our stay at the Gaslight Inn was delightful, with stunning views of Rossnowlagh Beach and a cozy, well-equipped apartment. The hosts, Anthony and Pauline, ensured we felt right at home, offering personalized service and great food in their restaurant. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, watching surfers ride the waves.

While the apartment was spacious, guests with pets should consider the extra charge. The slight size of the area made it a bit cozy for our group, but we still managed to have a relaxing time.

I was incredibly frustrated by the tiny studio apartment we were assigned. It felt cramped for our group, and we found it difficult to move around comfortably. The noise from the room above us was another annoyance, waking us up early with their morning activities.

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Gaslight Inn. The apartment was perfectly clean and had stunning views of Rossnowlagh Beach. I appreciated the little extras, like the binoculars to watch surfers from the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. I loved that it’s pet-friendly too, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. Meals with Anthony and Pauline were a highlight — they clearly put a lot of effort into the dining experience and the food was always delicious. It would be nice if there were additional outdoor seating options for dining and enjoying the views. I can't wait to return for another relaxing break. Deirdre, Laura and Cooper (the dog) are already planning our next visit!

wow, i was almost ready to leave a glowing review, but the room felt like a sardine can, not nearly spacious enough for even a solo traveler. and my requests for an upgrade, considering i had to endure stomping from above, were met with a resounding no. just unthinkable service, honestly.

I just spent three delightful nights at the Gaslight Inn, enjoying spectacular ocean views and the convenience of being just a short walk from the charming Creevy Coastal Path and the inviting Smugglers Creek Inn, which offered a perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring.

stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! the views were stunning, and the local area kept us entertained without needing the car. the hosts, anthony and pauline, were so welcoming and made our stay feel special.

Just spent a delightful 3 nights at the Gaslight Inn Self Catering Holiday Apartments Rossnowlagh Donegal. The views from our penthouse apartment were absolutely stunning, and the spacious setup was perfect for our family. The local area offered a plethora of activities, and the beach was just a short stroll away for some fun in the sand. Anthony and Pauline were exceptional hosts who truly made us feel at home, and the delicious meals included were just the icing on the cake!
